Frequenz AI develops and sells digital audio plugins. All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Products are licensed, not sold - see our EULA for license terms.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes (VAT/GST as determined by your location). Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All Frequenz AI branding, software, website content, and documentation are the intellectual property of Frequenz AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Support

We provide email support for all licensed users. While we strive to respond promptly, support is provided on a best-effort basis and response times may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

Frequenz AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
